Mary'S Sweet Potato Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 cups sweet potatoes
5 potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 - 1 cup margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
TOPPING
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup margarine, melted
1/2 cup flour
1 cup pecans, crumbled

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased casserole.
Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over top casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
