Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins
2 tablespoons cinnamon
2 eggs
1 banana
120 g whey protein
1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, then mix in milk and eggs.
Pour ingredients into an oiled 8x8\" baking pan.
Bake for 30-35 minutes.
