Healthy Homemade Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    2 slices low-calorie bread, crumbled
    1/3 cup egg substitute
    1 lb 90% lean ground beef
    1 teaspoon italian seasoning
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Form into balls.
    Place in large skillet and cook on medium heat covered for 15 minutes.
    Turn meatballs periodically to prevent burning.
