Copycat Taco Time Veggie Burrito - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1/2 cup fat-free refried beans
    1/4 cup brown rice
    2 tablespoons shredded colby or 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese
    1/2 tablespoon sour cream
    1/4 cup shredded lettuce
    1/4 cup salsa
    2 tablespoons roasted sunflower seeds
Preparation
    Warm tortilla.
    Place ingredients inside, fold and enjoy.
