Salem College Iced Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 sprigs of fresh mint
    8 whole cloves
    3 quarts water
    1 ounce tea leaves
    1 lb sugar
    8 lemons, juiced & reserved
    6 oranges, juiced & reserved
    1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice
Preparation
    Place the mint & cloves in the water, bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, add the tea, steep for 10 - 15 minutes, strain immediately dissolve sugar in the hot tea. Stir in the fruit juices, Refrigerate after it has become room teperature.
