Healthy Breakfast Burritos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups egg whites
2 whole wheat tortillas
1 baking potato
1/3 cup onion, sliced
1/2 cup carrot, shredded
4 slices American cheese
6 slices Canadian bacon
Preparation

Scramble egg whites in Pam spray.
Cube potatoes and cook with onion and shredded carrots in Pam spray.
Microwave, bake, or fry Canadian bacon.
Layer egg whites, Canadian bacon, cheese, and potato mixture in tortilla. Wrap, burrito-style.
Freeze and enjoy later.
