Low Carb Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb yellow squash (2-3 med)
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded cheese
    1 egg
    nature's seasoning
Preparation
    Steam squash onion and garlic.
    In food processor mix Mayo, cheese and egg.
    Add squash, natures seasoning and blend.
    Pour into a greased quart sized casserole dish.
    Top with additional shredded cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 40 minute.
