Izakaya Sakura Vegetable Miso Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 potato, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 carrot, slice into bite-sized pieces
1/2 onion, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons miso
1 teaspoon dashi powder
Preparation

In a small soup pan, add water, dashi powder, potato, carrot and onion.
Bring it to a boil and cook until vegetables are softened. Add miso gradually by stirring with chopsticks.
Serve hot.
