Chin Jao Ro Su (Bamboo And Bell Pepper Stir Fry) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb pork or 1/2 lb beef, thinly sliced
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon sake
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    2 teaspoons cornstarch
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    1 1/2 tablespoons oil
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1/4 lb bamboo shoot, sliced
    Sauce
    1 tablespoon sake
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons oyster sauce
    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
    1 teaspoon cornstarch, dissolved in water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl. Stir fry in oil with the garlic and ginger until brown.
    Add bell peppers and bamboo shoots. Stir fry until done, about 5 minutes.
    Add sauce during the last minute or so of cooking time.
