Cashew Encrusted Butterkäse (Fried Butter Cheese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces butterkase cheese, cut into 4 slices (butter cheese)
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup cashews, chopped
    2 tablespoons peanut oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation
    Dust butterkase with flour and dip in egg. Repeat.
    Dip butterkase in cashews, coating evenly. Lightly press cashews into butterkase.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Heat oil in a large skillet and saute butterkase on both sides until lightly browned (approximately 3 to 5 minutes each side).
