French Fried Onion Pork Chops - cooking recipe

4 -6 thin pork chops
1 cup flour
2 cups French-fried onions
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
vegetable oil (for frying) or olive oil (for frying)
Preparation

Mix egg and milk in a bowl. In another bowl, mix flour and onions.
Dredge porkchops in egg/milk wash followed by flour/onion coating.
Fry until golden.
