Crock Pot Low Calorie Bbq Chicken - cooking recipe

1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup honey (or less)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic
Preparation

Brown chicken in olive oil or spray until brown. Add to crockpot. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook on high for one hour and then turn down to low and cook for 5-6 hours. Serve alone or on a bun. YUM!
