Southwestern Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can black beans
    1 dried chipotle pepper, destemed
    2 tablespoons lime juice
    1/4 cup cilantro leaf
    1 teaspoon cumin
Preparation
    Rinse and drain the black beans.
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree to desired consistency.
    To thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
