Italian Soup Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
    1 lb Italian sausage, cut into bite sized pieces
    1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce, Italian flavor
    7 cups beef stock
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 cup carrot, sliced
    1 -2 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
    1 teaspoon oregano
    2 cups zucchini, sliced
    1 cup mushroom, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, seeded and sliced
    1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
    1 1/2 cups dill pickles, sliced
    2 cups tortellini (frozen)
Preparation
    Combine tomato, sausages, tomato sauce, stock, onion, garlic, carrots, basil and oregano in a large pot and simmer (DO NOT BOIL) 30 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for another hour, adding more water as needed to cook tortellini.
