Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 cup sugar
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon flour
2 cups milk
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
nutmeg, to taste
1 9\" unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Beat egg yolks. Add sugar, salt and flour.
Scald milk and butter.
Pour into sugar mixture.
Beat egg whites fold into mixture.
Pour into pie shell and bake at 325 for approximately 30 minutes or until firm.
