Sunday Marinara Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 (28 ounce) can whole canned tomatoes (chopped and with sauce)
    1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    4 -5 garlic cloves (minced)
    15 -20 fennel seeds
    5 basil leaves (chopped)
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
    2 tablespoons parsley
    1/2 cup water
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Heat Olive oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, saute for 1 minute, add remaining ingredients and simmer. Simmer for at least 1 hour.
