Lamb Kebabs With Yoghurt Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
    Marinade
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 tablespoon oregano
    Yoghurt Sauce
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all marinade ingredients together, place in bowl with lamb.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight if possible.
    Grill 10-15 minutes or til cooked as desired.
    Sauce: Mix all ingredients together, serve with lamb.
