Two Ingredient Indian Kheer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup white rice (plain, basmati or jasmine)
1 (400 g) can condensed milk
saffron, sultanas, slivered almonds, cardamom powder (all optional)
Preparation

Cook rice according to packet directions.
Drain rice of any excess water.
Add condensed milk, rinse the tin with about 1/3 cup of boiling water, cook on low heat for few minutes till thick and creamy. If using saffron and sultanas, add with milk. Add almonds and cardamom powder at end cooking for one or two minutes more.
