1/2 lb Roquefort cheese, crumbled (or blue cheese)
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cognac
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, blending well by hand or whip with an electric mixer until smooth and fluffy.
