Braised Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green onions, chopped
3 tablespoons butter, melted
9 cups cabbage, shredded (about 1 1/2 lbs)
3 carrots, scraped and grated
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation

Saute the green onions in melted butter in a large skillet until it is tender.
Add the cabbage and carrot; saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Stir in the salt and pepper.
