Ingredients

2 cups cold low-fat milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package French vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 ounce) can unsweetened crushed canned pineapple, drained
1 cup whipped topping
6 slices angel food cake
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes, and let stand for 2 more minutes or until soft-set.
Fold in pineapple and whipped topping, and chill until serving.
Serve with angel food cake.
