Mimi'S Texas Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    2 (14 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 ounce) can ranch style beans
    1/4 package thin spaghetti, cooked
    1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    salt and pepper
    basil
    oregano
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute ground beef, onion, pepper& celery, until meat is brown and veggies are tender.
    While meat mixture is browning, cook 1/4 pkg.
    Thin spaghetti.
    When meat mixture is done, add to it the stewed tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, salt, pepper, basil& oregano.
    Heat thoroughly, then mix all together with the spaghetti, or if you like, spoon the meat mixture over the spaghetti.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
