Hatch Chile Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 ounces diced tomatoes
14 1/2 ounces roasted garlic tomatoes
5 hatch chiles, roasted
1/2 medium onion
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Preparation

Roast the peppers on top of a grill or broil in your oven.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree to desired consistency.
