Missi Roti Oil Free - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cup natural bran (chokker)
    1/3 cup black gram flour (Kale channe ka atta)
    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
Preparation
    combine the 3 flours and knead with just enough water into dough.
    place each roti on hot tawa and cook both sides till done.
