Perfect Pulled Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs boneless pork butt, shoulder
    1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
    2 teaspoons black pepper
    1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup water
Preparation
    Mix dried seansonings.
    Rub evenly over roast.
    Place roast in crock pot/ slow cooker.
    Add water.
    Cook on Low for 6-8 hours.
    Remove roast to cutting board and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
    Shred meat.
