Rhubarb Tapioca - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup minute tapioca
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups rhubarb
1 cup crushed pineapple, lightly drained
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and cool.
Add pineapple.
