Filet Of Flounder With Oyster Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    1/4 ground ginger
    1 cup flour
    4 flounder fillets
    1 cup milk
    3 tablespoons butter
    1 1/2 cups oyster sauce
Preparation
    place spices in mortar and grind together with pestle.
    Mix flour with spices.
    dip filets in milk, then dredge in spiced flour.
    heat butter in cast iron pan over medium heat. add filets and cook 3 minutes on each side.
    remove fish and serve with oyster sauce.
