Healthy Baked Bean Omelet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup baked beans
4 egg whites
1/2 cup chopped broccoli
Preparation

Sautee broccoli in a skillet until tender.
Add egg whites to the broccoli and let cook until semi-firm. Flip and cook until the eggs set.
Add the baked beans in the center and fold.
