Tomato Balsamic Jam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    1 1/2 cups seeded tomatoes
    1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a small saucepan bring vinegar to boil. Reduce heat and simmer until vinegar is reduced to syrup, about 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
