Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 2 cups pork or 2 cups chicken, cubed
    salt and pepper, to taste
    vegetable oil
    butter
Preparation
    Heat 2 tsp butter in skillet.
    Add onion and fry until soft.
    Remove.
    Heat 2 tablespoons butter and 2 tablespoons oil in same skillet.
    Add potatoes.
    Fry on medium-high heat until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
    Turn down heat.
    Add cooked onion and leftover meat of your choice.
    Heat until warmed through.
