Noel Nuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon cold water
    4 cups pecan halves
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 225\u00b0F.
    Beat the egg and water till frothy.
    Add the nuts and mix till well coated.
    Combine sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    bake for 1 hour.
    Stir every 15 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and cool completely.
    This can be stored in a airtight container for up to 4 wks.
