Yakisoba Stir Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ounces yakisoba noodles
    4 tablespoons minced garlic
    1 sweet sweet onion, sliced
    1 red pepper, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1 yellow pepper, sliced
    4 tablespoons pickled ginger
    2 zucchini, sliced
    8 ounces sugar snap peas
    8 ounces carrots, sliced
    8 ounces cremini mushrooms
    8 ounces broccoli
    8 ounces green beans
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    1/2 sweet chili sauce
    1 cup fresh pineapple
    white and black sesame seed
Preparation
    pan fry noodles in sesame ginger sauce.and remove from pan.
    stir fry vegetables in rice bran oil on high heat.
    add :
    carrots.
    onions.
    peppers.
    broccoli.
    zucchini.
    sugar peas.
    pickled ginger.
    mushrooms.
    fresh pineapple.
    macadamia nuts.
    glaze vegetables with teriyaki and sweet chili sauce.
    serve over pan fried noodles/or organic wild rice medley.
    top with black and white sesame seeds.
