Crock Pot Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup margarine, melted
    3 stalks celery, thinly sliced
    2 medium onions, peeled and finely chopped
    1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    2 1/2 cups water
    2 (6 ounce) packages long grain and wild rice blend, Uncle Bens (with seasoning packets)
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 lb process American cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in crock pot; stir throughly.
    Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours (on high setting for 2 to 3 1/2 hours).
