Farmers' Country Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
    8 eggs, beaten
    1 cup milk
    1 1/2 cups ham, cut up into 1 inch pieces
    8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13 greased baking pan, layer potatoes, ham, onion and cheese.
    In a medium bowl, beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper to eggs; beat well until thoroughly incorporated.
    Pour over potato/ham layers.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    To prepare: Preheat oven to 350 degrees; remove cover and bake for approximately 60 minutes.
