Banana Nut Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1 cup banana, mashed (apprx 2 large)
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups flour
    3/4 teaspoon baking soda
    Crumb Topping
    2 cups flour
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
    1/2 cup walnut pieces
    Garnish
    2 -3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Line a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick foil that extends over the end of the pan.
    Crumb Topping:
    Mix flour and brown sugar in bowl.
    Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Stir in nuts.
    Set aside.
    Cake:
    Mix mashed bananas, oil, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, cinnamon and salt with whisk until well combined.
    Stir in flour, and baking soda until blended.
    Spread evenly into lined pan.
    Sprinkle with crumb topping.
    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool completely in pan on wire rack.
    Lift foil by end onto a cutting board.
    Cut into squares and sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
