Funghi Trifolati - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tablespoons olive oil
    4 ounces button mushrooms, thinly sliced
    4 ounces oyster mushrooms, thinly sliced
    4 ounces shiitake mushrooms, thinly sliced
    2 large garlic cloves, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    in large skillet, heat oil. Add mushrooms and saute until tender and starting to brown, about 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Stir in garlic and parsley and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
