Yellow Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    1/2 cup cold water
    salt
    1 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon lemon extract
    1 1/2 cups cake flour
    1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation
    Beat water and egg yolks and salt for 15 minutes
    Fold in sugar and lemon extract
    Sift dry ingredients together 5 times
    Fold into egg mixture
    Bake as for angel food cake (I'm guessing 325\u00b0F for 30 minutes).
