The Donkey Cocktail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 teaspoon sugar
6 mint sprigs
3 ounces Bourbon
2 ounces triple sec
crushed ice
1/2 ounce raspberry Schnapps
fresh raspberry (to garnish)
fresh blueberries (to garnish)
Preparation

Muddle the sugar and mint together. Add bourbon, triple sec, and crushed ice; shake well and strain into glass.
Float raspberry schnapps on top. Add fresh raspberries and blueberries to garnish. You can add some sweet or sour soda as desired.
