Avocado Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado
1/3 cup lemon juice or 1/3 cup lime juice
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
whipping cream (to garnish) or Cool Whip (to garnish)
1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in blender.
Blend until completely smooth.
Pour into piecrust.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Top with whipping cream before serving.
