Indian Sweet And Sour Date Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

110 g stoned dates, chopped
4 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 mild red fresh chili pepper, seeded and chopped
1 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
250 ml water
Preparation

Put all the ingedients in a pan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool.
Blend in a blender till smooth.
