Polish Hunter'S Soup (Crockpot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 cups chicken broth
    1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
    16 ounces sauerkraut
    8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium potato, cubed
    2 medium carrots, chopped
    2 stalks celery, sliced
    3/4 lb Polish sausage, cubed
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    2 teaspoons dill
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Place in crockpot for 10 to 12 hours on low.
