Rhubarb Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup butter, cold
3 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups rhubarb, finely chopped
Preparation

Cut cold butter with (1st) flour & powdered sugar until crumbly.
Press dough into 9x13 pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
While crust is baking prepare filling.
Beat eggs, then add sugar, (2nd) flour, & salt.
Gently stir in rhubarb; spoon filling gently over hot crust.
Bake an additional 35 minutes.
