Hamburger Stroganoff From Better Homes & Gardens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 - 1 1/2 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    3/4 teaspoon salt
    1 dash pepper
    1 cup sour cream
    3 slices bacon, diced
    1 1/2 tablespoons flour
    1/4 teaspoon paprika
    10 3/4 ounces mushroom soup
    12 (16 ounce) bags noodles
    1 tablespoon poppy seed
Preparation
    Place ground beef and bacon in skillet. Cook and stir until beef is browned. Add onion an cook just until tender. Spoon off excess fat. Blend flour and seasonings into meat. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 minutes, stirring often. Stir in sour cream; heat. Serve over cooked noodles tossed with poppy seeds.
