Radishes In Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 radishes, thinly sliced (about 2 bunches)
    4 lettuce leaves (optional)
    Dressing
    1/4 cup scallion, thinly sliced
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/4 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
    Garnish
    1 tablespoon chives, minced
    salt, to taste
Preparation
    Mix dressing ingredients together.
    Toss with sliced radishes.
    Garnish with chives and serve in lettuce leaf \"cups\", if desired.
