Betty Crocker Coffee Cake Circa 1973 - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup milk
3 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Topping
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 -2 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup chopped nuts (I left them out) (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine oil, eggs and milk in a medium bowl. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients into the flour mixture until combined.
Spread batter into a sprayed 9 x 13 baking pan. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 35 minutes. Let cool about 15 minutes before eating.
