Thai Peanut Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon sesame oil
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 teaspoon red curry paste (or to taste) (optional)
    1/2 cup coconut milk (you may need more or less depending on desired consistancy)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    Note: You want to adjust the coconut milk according to the consistancy you are looking for. Just keep adding little by little until desired consistancy is reached. I like mine to be slightly thin, so I end up adding quite a bit. If I run out of milk, I just add water.
