Snow Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb dried navy beans
    6 cups chicken broth
    1 tablespoon chicken base
    1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning mix
    1 tablespoon oil
    2 cups onions, diced
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    3 cups chicken breasts, diced
    1 (4 ounce) can green chilies
    4 teaspoons ground cumin
    2 teaspoons ground oregano
    1 teaspoon cayenne
    3 cups monterey jack cheese, shredded
    1 cup sour cream
Preparation
    Cook beans in broth with base and seasoning for 2 hours or until beans are tender.
    Brown onion, garlic and chicken in oil. Add to bean mixture.
    Simmer for 30 minutes. Add chiles, remaining seasonings, cheese and sour cream.
