Clam-Tomato Broth - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups Clamato juice
    2 cups beef broth
    1 cup dry white wine
    1/2 cup dry sherry
    1 green onion, finely chopped
    1 small garlic clove, halved
    minced fresh parsley (to garnish)
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat, add onion and garlic and return to boil. Let boil 1 minute.
    Discard garlic.
    Ladle soup into mugs and garnish with parsley.
