Roasted Butternut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups butternut squash, cubed
    2 cups potatoes, cubed
    1 cup onion, cut into chunks
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 -2 teaspoon garlic salt, to taste
Preparation
    Mix vegetables and oil together until well coated.
    Place in a greased ovenproof dish.
    Sprinkle over desired amount of garlic salt.
    Bake at 180C for 45 minutes.
