Carol'S Black Bean Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups black beans, drained
1/2 cup agave syrup
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup egg white
1/4 cup cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
6 teaspoons mini chocolate chips
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor.
Spread in a greased 8x8 baking pan or mini-muffin pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips, then mix gently.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
